About the Job

Candivore was founded in early 2018 with the purpose of creating great entertainment for mobile users around the globe. Our flagship game - Match Masters, an innovative multiplayer match 3 puzzle, is played by millions of players and we’re focused on making it even better with more players joining each day.

We are looking for an experienced support manager with a real passion for games to join Candivore and the Match Masters team. You will play a major role in interacting with our players on multiple platforms. We are looking for a customer-oriented and creative individual with high level of service standards to maintain players satisfaction and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the point of contact for our players on social media and customer support channels.
  • Engage daily through customer support and social media channels. Solving problems and replying to player’s questions, inquiries, comments, etc.
  • Identify issues and work closely with the technical teams for resolution.
  • Provide comprehensive information about the game features and offers to our players.

Requirements:

  • Native English speaker.
  • 1+ years of work experience in a customer service role.
  • Customer oriented approach, ability to engage different players to achieve satisfaction.
  • Autonomous, detail-oriented and a team player.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Time management skills to enable prioritization and multitasking.
  • Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills.

  • Experience working in the gaming industry

  • Thrives in a dynamic startup environment
  • Tech savvy – quickly grasps how to work with different software
